Primeston, between Bedford and Adelaide in South Africa's Eastern Cape, provides either B&B or self catering accommodation.

Primeston is an historic farm conveniently situated relative to the R63 and offering easy access for cars.

Accommodation is offered in two charming cottages set apart from the main farmhouse, close to a barn dating from 1864, and with plenty of parking space.

The one cottage is the old farm foreman's cottage which has been renovated and modernised so as to retain its old world charm.

This cottage is ideal for a family, having a comfortable living room with a cosy fireplace, a real farm kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This cottage is available either as self-catering or, if our guests prefer, on a bed and breakfast basis.

The other cottage is modern but has been built in the same style as the other.

This cottage has a clean and pleasant twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and is on a bed and breakfast basis.

Primeston also has a lovely semi-formal garden and is one of the destinations in Bedford's popular Garden Festival every October.
